Our recently renovated rehabilitation department is over 2500 square feet and is beautifully decorated with bright colors and Americana artwork. We are equipped with the latest, state of the art equipment to support your rehabilitation experience including our It’s Never 2 Late unit which residents enjoy on a daily basis.

Your rehabilitation begins with a clear understanding of your goals and a commitment to return you to the highest possible level of function and independence. Our on-site therapists work closely with your physician to develop and deliver an individualized therapy program specific to your needs. We help each patient reach his or her highest level of functionality through physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

Maplewood Health Care employs exceptional experienced, licensed physical therapists and assistant therapists, averaging about eight years of service per employee. Our team implements individualized treatment programs inclusive of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to deal directly with all areas of functional loss.
